Our Terms and Conditions allow us to ensure we deliver an efficient and safe service to all customers.
Thank you for choosing Tiny Tins and supporting a family owned and operated business, by accepting the delivery of your skip bin you agree to acknowledge and abide by the following terms and conditions to ensure an efficient and safe service.
Please keep in mind that additional charges will apply should you place other materials in the skip bin then those you have been quoted for. (For further information on what you can/cannot place into your skip bin please refer to our website www.tinytinswastemanagement.com.au)
All mixed heavy waste bins have a weight restriction which will be advised to you for each bin size and excess above this will be charged at the rate of $35 per 100kgs. Any excess weight charges will be invoiced to you on collection of the skip bin. Tiny Tins will provide you with a copy of the tip docket.
Standard hire of skip bins is 7 days however we are flexible and it can be left for longer or collected earlier, we do require a minimum 24 hours notification when your skip bin is ready to be collected.
Payment is to be made before or on delivery of the skip bin. Preferred method is credit card or direct transfer. Cash is also accepted by prior arrangement.
Non-Payment of bin hire, tip fees and/or additional charges will result in referral to a debt collection agency and/or legal action may be taken. Any extra fees which are incurred will be charged to the hirer. Please keep in mind that any unpaid bins for may remain on the property until the overdue amount has been paid or the rubbish has been removed from the bin.
Access must be clear for delivery and collection of skip bin. If there is no clear access for safe collection of the bin on collection date a call out fee will be charged. Skip bins are not to be moved from the delivery position. If you require a skip bin to be relocated please call Tiny Tins to make this arrangement. This service will again incur additional charges. The hirer will be responsible for any costs associated to retrieve the skip bin if it has been moved. Tiny Tins will not be liable for any damage to property should the skip bin be moved from its requested placement.
Although the utmost care will be taken by Tiny Tins, we will also not be liable for any damage to property that has occurred from attempting to place or collect a skip bin from a position that was requested by the customer. Please only fill to the rim of skip bin, so that it may be transported safely, as per RMS regulations. Any overfilled skip bins may be left behind or charged at higher rate per cubic metre. Damage to skip bins during the term of hire will incur additional charges. Permits for the placement of skips on roadways or concrete footpaths are to be sourced by the customer. Skips will not be place on roadways or concrete footpaths without a permit.
Prohibited waste is not to be placed into the skip bin. This includes but is not limited to; Asbestos, food waste, Styrofoam, insulation, liquid or hazardous waste, explosives, wet paint, acids, solvents, greases, batteries. All Bins are screened for prohibited waste; any such materials found in the bins will be referred to the EPA and or local authorities at the hirer’s expense.
Should you wish to order a skip bin for food waste, insulation and/or Styrofoam this can be arranged at management’s discretion and will be charged at an alternate rate.
Tyres & Mattresses will be accepted upon prior application and will incur additional charges.
