We finished up having to have a second bin, and they collected the first and promptly replaced it. In comparison to other places, I will happily and highly recommend Tiny Tins.
On another note, Karlie, the person you speak to first, and continue with, is so helpful and will always promptly call you back if need be, always!! (She also got an award recently).
